How this is worked out
One more client does not cost you another month of rent. The room, the software and the insurance are already paid for by the clients you have, so a new booking only costs what it uses: the products and the card fee.
The tool divides what you want to make by what one booking keeps, and rounds up, because a fraction of a booking is a booking. Pick one service you would happily do more of, not an average, and the answer comes in its own units. Bookings, not clients: one client can be two bookings a month.
