Yes. Your first 30 days are the full app, every feature, and we do not ask for a card to start. If it is not for you, you walk away having typed nothing but your email and your studio's name.
What happens when my free month ends?
You choose a plan: $29 a month, or $290 a year, which is two months free and works out to about $24 a month. Your books pause behind a locked door until you do, and nothing is ever deleted. The day you subscribe, everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Billing page inside the app, in two taps. You keep full access until the end of the time you already paid for, and your books stay saved. If you ever come back, you sign in and your history is waiting.
Is there a contract, a setup fee, or a cancellation fee?
No, none of the three. There is no minimum term and no fee to leave. The monthly plan is month to month. The yearly plan is one year paid up front; it renews at the end of the year unless you cancel, and you can cancel the renewal on any day of that year and still use the app to the last day you paid for. The price you see is the whole price: no setup fee, no per-client fee, no charge for support.
Is my information safe?
Your books live in an encrypted database where every business is walled off from every other one. We never sell your data, never contact your clients, and your client notes are visible only to you. You can read the plain-English version in our Privacy Policy.
What if I get stuck or have a question?
You text us on WhatsApp and a real person answers, 7 days a week from 11am to 7pm Eastern. Not a chatbot, not a ticket number, a person who knows the app and knows this industry. The same help line lives inside the app, one tap away, and email works too if you prefer it.
Do I need to be good with numbers?
No. This app was built for people who went to beauty school, not accounting school. You record what happened in plain words, and the app does the math, the reports, and the explaining. If you can text, you can keep your books.
Is there an app for my phone?
